Delivery Notice

The Kids Carpentry team is having a well deserved summer holiday between Friday 29th January to Tuesday 9th February. We will dispatch any orders received up to and including Thursday 28th January as normal, but orders received after this date will have their dispatch delayed until 10th February.

Though they will not ship immediately, our online store is still open to place orders during this period, and we will still be available to answer phone calls and emails.

The start of the year can be a busy time for centers and schools to restock their craft rooms, so make sure you place your order now to avoid any disappointing delays or stock shortages!

Kids Carpentry Supplies is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Our delivery areas are divided into separate delivery charge zones as shown on the map below. There is a surcharge for rural addresses within the Green and Red delivery zones.

If you prefer, we are happy for you to arrange the pickup and delivery with your own shipping company.

Orders generally take 2-5 working days to be delivered within the North Island. Please allow longer for the South Island. If there are any delays with delivery we will endeavour to keep you updated.

Please read the map below carefully and ensure you select the correct shipping zone for your delivery address when checking out. If you select the incorrect zone we may have to cancel and ask you to re-submit your order with the correct zone and this will cause delays in your order being shipped.

Pick Up Option: We do offer a pick up option for local customers. Our pick up point is in Stanmore Bay, on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula in North Auckland. Please note that this is by prior arrangement only. We are an on online store so we need to get your order from our warehouse to the pick up point. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to have your pick up ready. Please note that we do not have eftpos facilities available at the pick up point so it is best to organise payment prior to collection.

Products displayed on this site can be purchased securely online via Squarespace eCommerce and Stripe payment with a credit card. By purchasing online you are agreeing to Stripe's terms of use. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.

All goods and services sold by us to you are sold on the terms of trade set out below. We may at any time vary these terms of trade. These terms of trade may not otherwise be varied unless agreed by us in writing. In these terms of trade, references to "we", "our" or "us" are references to Kids Carpentry Supplies and references to "you" and "your" are references to the customer.

Acceptance

You will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms of trade when you confirm an order for goods or services by clicking on the “purchase” button. Once your order has been accepted by us this will constitute a binding contract for the supply of the goods or services on these terms of trade.

Price and Payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include 15% GST. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices at any time..

For all goods or services ordered by you, you must pay the price for the goods or services specified on our website at the time your order is accepted by us. We may contact you directly to confirm your payment details.

Payments via direct credit:

If you don't have a credit card or prefer to pay via direct credit then we are happy to send you an invoice. Simply email your order and the following details to sales@kidscarpentry.co.nz

Order and Delivery

Delivery is currently limited to addresses within New Zealand. Please refer to the map below for details of our delivery zones. Please select the correct delivery zone during the checkout process. We reserve the right to cancel your order if an incorrect delivery option is selected.

We will endeavor to deliver goods ordered from us within 2-5 working days for the North Island and 7 working days for the South Island from the date we receive and accept your order. This will be subject to stock availability and independent courier company issues. If we anticipate that you will not receive the goods within that time we will advise the reason for the delay and the likely date of the delivery. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery of goods or services.

Orders Outside of New Zealand

We do not currently ship orders placed on this website outside New Zealand. Please contact us for a quote to ship outside of New Zealand,

Property/Risk

Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.
