Kids Carpentry Workwear Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions

  1.  Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. The Competition Promoter is: Kids Carpentry Supplies NZ.

  3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of the Competition Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings, and children.

  4. To enter the Promotion individuals must complete the entry form on the kidscarpentry.co.nz website during the Promotion Period.

  5. By participating in this contest, you acknowledge full acceptance of the terms and conditions and warrant that your entry/comment does not contain any material that is libelous, defamatory, offensive, or infringes copyright.

  6. By participating in this contest, you are subscribing to Kids Carpentry Supplies email newsletter. You may unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time.

  7. By entering the competition you agree for your first name and submitted competition entry text “Tell us who you'd like to win this prize for!” being published on the Kids Carpentry Supplies website, Facebook page, and Instagram page should the Competition Promoter choose to.

  8. The Prize is subject to availability and may be substituted for something of equal or higher value should it be unavailable, are not exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize(s) cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or alternative prizes/products.

  9. The Competition will close for entries at 11:59 PM 28 October 2022 NZDT and the Winner be decided.

  10. Entries must be received by the stated competition closing date to be eligible.

  11. The Winner(s) of the Prize(s) will be randomly drawn by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends. This random draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s decision on the Winner is final.

  12. The prize will be dispatched to any New Zealand address of the Winner's choice.

  13. The Winner will be notified via their submitted email address. Kids Carpentry Supplies will make reasonable attempts to contact the Winner, but if they are unable to be contacted and provide their address details within 7 days of the closing date, then Kids Carpentry Supplies may determine another Winner.

  14. Kids Carpentry Supplies will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the Competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law.

  15. The Promoter reserves the right to delete any entries it deems as inappropriate, offensive or negative.

  16. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

  17. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to advise the Winner of the Promotion, and that they may continue to receive emails from the Promoter as part of the Promoters email newsletter.

  18. These rules are governed by the relevant laws of New Zealand.

  19. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
