The sloping position gives you a place to display the tools so your children can clearly see what's available for use. Sloping shelves also make it much easier and safer for the children to access the tools.  
Or, you may prefer to keep the shelves flat for storage of nails, glue guns etc.

The bottom 2 shelves are fixed flat and are ideal for adding your own baskets or plastic bins to store accessories, wood or odds and ends for decorating their masterpieces.

The cupboard has two doors that open wide, with a lock on the outside to keep everything safe and secure when needed.

The carpentry cupboard is on heavy duty wheels with brakes making it easy to move around.
